The Division Office successfully conducted a three-day Gender and Development (GAD) in Mental Health cum Team Building activity, participated in by all personnel, from July 4 to 6, 2025, at Hagnaya Beach Resort and Restaurant, San Remigio, Cebu.

The activity aimed to promote gender sensitivity, equality, and mental health awareness, while also enhancing teamwork, collaboration, and overall workplace productivity. Through a series of insightful sessions, workshops, and structured group activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of inclusive practices and the importance of mental well-being in the workplace.

Beyond the learning sessions, the team also enjoyed engaging team-building activities designed to foster camaraderie, strengthen bonds, and create a more cohesive work environment. The shared experiences, laughter, and positive energy throughout the event contributed to a more unified and motivated workforce.
